Women and children and all the rest use the general public highways. Drunk drivers run counter to the serve and protect mottos of the police and laws they enforce.

Perhaps all the remainder of the drunks at the party had escaped this fate but the fences and concertina wire on top added a sinister element to where the cop opened the back door and showed the way to the booking area and where personal stuff would be taken. The jail area wasn't like those in Western flicks. It was a huge holding area with thick glass windows and a communal toilet with no privacy. Did the authorities purposely plan a degrading and shaming environment? Rather like adding to the injury as one says. Or, it was an fantastic great example of negative beefing up. Anyone nutty enough to like it here would need another kind of help.
